I founded Gramian Consulting Group as a reflection of everything I’ve learned over more than twelve years in technology, talent, and business building. My journey began with a love for software engineering — a passion that started in my teenage years and turned into a career before graduation. After earning my degree in Business and Management and a Master’s in Electronic Business Technologies, I worked as a mobile engineer on over 50 projects across the globe, collaborating with startups and large enterprises alike.

Through engineering, I entered the talent marketplace industry — first as a talent myself, and later by assessing and matching engineers, working closely with both clients and talents to ensure the best fit and experience. Over time, I moved into business and leadership roles where I built operations, strategies, and products for global talent platforms, leading multidisciplinary teams across sourcing, matching, and data & AI solutions. That experience gave me a rare, 360° view of how to connect technical excellence with business outcomes and human potential.
